To ensure transparent communication with your clients regarding work on projects and bookings, Traffio allows you to set up automatic delivery of booking details and job dockets to both site contacts and client contacts. This can be configured in either the Client profile or the Client contact profile.
Setting Site Contact Messaging in the Client Profile
Navigate to Clients on the sidebar
Select the desired Client
Toggle on Send a booking link to the site contact(s)
Toggle on Send a job docket to the site contact(s)
Click Save
Setting Site Contact Messaging For New Client Contact
Navigate to Clients on the sidebar
Select the desired Client
Press the Contacts tab in the client pop up
Click +New
Toggle on the 'Always send copy of job dockets by email'
Click Create

Navigate to Clients on the sidebar
Select the desired Client
Click the Contacts tab
Select the desired Client Contact
Toggle on 'Always send copy of job dockets by email'
Click Save
