If you have employees who get paid differently depending on what work they are doing, you can create specialisation pay categories. This lets the system automatically change their payroll category depending on what role you hire them out as.
If you don't apply specialisation pay categories, then the employee payroll category will be their default.
Getting started
To set up specialisation pay categories, you will need access to the payroll section of Traffio. If you do not have access, get in touch with your Traffio administrator.
Specialisation pay categories
Navigate to the payroll page on the side toolbar
select specialisations on the top toolbar.
From here, select the specialisation you would like to apply a category to.
Select that payroll category for the specialisation and click save.
