If you have employees who are paid differently based on the work they perform, you can create specialisation pay categories. This allows the system to automatically adjust their payroll category depending on the role they are assigned to.
If specialisation pay categories are not used, the employee’s default payroll category will apply.
To set up specialisation pay categories, you will need to have the correct access level to the payroll section of Traffio. To learn more about access levels, click here.
How to Set Pay by Specialisation
Navigate to Payroll on the sidebar
Select the Specialisations tab
Select the desired Specialisation
Select the desired Payroll Category
Click Save
