If a piece of equipment is always towed by a vehicle, you can assign the equipment to that vehicle, so they are scheduled as a pair on the booking board.
How to add towed equipment to a vehicle
Go to Vehicles
Open up the vehicle profile that you would like to attach the piece of equipment to
Scroll down to features
Select the equipment from the drop-down in towed equipment
Click save
