This article goes over creating and resolving Equipment Issues.

Logging equipment issues allows you to track which equipment requires maintenance. Depending on the severity of the issue, the equipment will be removed from the bookings board to prevent scheduling it until it is ready for use again.


How To Create Equipment Issues

  1. Navigate to Equipment on the sidebar

  2. Select the Equipment Issues tab

  3. Click +New

  4. Select the Equipment and Issue Severity

  5. Enter a Description of the issue

  6. Select who Reported the issue

  7. Press Create


How To Resolve Equipment Issues

  1. Navigate to Equipment on the sidebar

  2. Select the Equipment Issues tab

  3. Click desired Equipment Issues

  4. Toggle on Resolved

  5. Click Save
