This article goes over logging and resolving Equipment Issues.

Logging Equipment Issues helps keep track of which equipment needs Maintenance, dependent on severity the Equipment will removed from the bookings board.

  1. Click Equipment on the side tool bar

  2. Equipment Issues tab is located on the top tool bar. Here you can + New

  3. Select the Equipment, Issue Severity, write a Description of the issue and select who Reported the Issue. Tags can also be added.

  4. Press Create. This will now be displayed under not resolved Equipment Issues.

To Resolve

Click into the Equipment issue report

Move the toggle to Resolved. Then save.
