Use the following steps to permanently delete personal information ie covid certificate from a persons skill documents.
This has to be completed on each individual person and cannot be done in bulk.
Navigate to the person to have the skill document deleted;
Click Skills on the top tab;
Select the skill name that the document is saved in;
If the person has a skill document uploaded it will be shown at the bottom of the Overview tab, or alternatively you can also view it in the Documents tab;
Click on the arrow to select the document;
Click Purge, you will then get a second message asking if you are sure. This is in place as this is a permanent process and cannot be undone;
Click Purge again.
Once this is done the document will no longer be in the person's Traffio skills or in any historical data within the Traffio portal.
