Territories are used to group multiple depots together. Because resources and clients are assigned to a specific depot, adding multiple depots in a territory allows for the sharing of these resources and clients.
When scheduling this means if you're signed into one depot, you're able to select and schedule bookings for the clients who are assigned to other depots but within the same territory.
How to Create a Territory
Navigate to My Company on the sidebar
Click Territories on the top toolbar
Click + New
Name and add a description of the territory
Click create.
How to assign a depot to a territory
Navigate to the My Company tab
Select Depots on the top tab bar
Click on the depot that you'd like to add to a Territory
Scroll down the overview pop out to the Territory select
Select the Territory from the drop-down options
Save
