How to set up your business's branding and assign branding to different depots.

Getting Started

You can set up multiple branding options for your company in Traffio. This feature is particularly useful if your company is a parent organisation with several subsidiaries, each having its own logo, name, ABN, and address. Your logo will be featured in several key areas, such as booking confirmations, job dockets, invoices, and PDF exports.

How To Create Branding

  1. Navigate to My Company on the sidebar

  2. Select the Branding tab

  3. Click +New

  4. Fill in all the details (yellow fields are mandatory)

  5. Click Create

  6. To add Logos, scroll down and drop your image into the Logo Box

How to Apply Branding To Company

  1. Navigate to My Company on the sidebar

  2. Go to the My Company tab

  3. Scroll to the Branding drop down

  4. Choose Brand from drop-down menu

  5. Click Save

The default branding will be applied to all new clients. You can have different branding which can be changed by depot.

How to Apply Branding to a Depot

  1. Navigate to My Company on the sidebar

  2. Select the Depots tab

  3. Choose Depot

  4. Choose Brand from drop-down menu

  5. Click Save

How to Change Your Logo

  1. Navigate to My Company on the sidebar

  2. Go to the Branding tab

  3. Choose Brand you'd like to change

  4. Scroll down to Logos

  5. Click or drop a logo in the System Logo or Paper Logo Box

  6. Click Save
