Getting Started

Fatigue policies are designed to ensure workers receive adequate rest between shifts, helping to reduce fatigue and the risk of incidents on job sites. Fatigue is not just about feeling tired or drowsy; in a work context, it refers to mental and physical exhaustion that impairs a worker's ability to perform tasks safely and effectively.

Create/Manage Fatigue policy

  1. Navigate to My Company on the sidebar

  2. Select the Fatigue Policies tab

  3. Select +New to create a new policy or select the pre-built Default policy to edit

  4. Toggle on the rules that apply and fill in the specifics of that rule

  5. Select Create or Save

If a person is deemed fatigued based on the set rules, a red warning strip labelled 'Fatigued' will appear next to their name on the booking board. Hovering over the label will provide an explanation of why the worker is fatigued. Additionally, you can filter available workers for a booking based on their fatigue status.
