Getting started
Tags are an effective way to quickly categorise or identify groups of people, items, or assets in your system.
You can make the most of the tagging feature in several ways. Once a tag is assigned to an asset, person, or item, you can use Traffio filtering tools to locate it more easily, leverage the tag for reporting purposes, or set up notifications for individuals associated with those tags.
Creating a Tag
Navigate to Admin on the side bar
Click the Tags tab
Click +New
Fill in the Tag details (name, description & identification colour)
Select what area the Tag applies to
Click Save
Applying a Tag
Navigate to where you want your Tag to apply on the sidebar (i.e. Equipment, People or Vehicle)
Select the resource you want the Tag to apply to (i.e. Equipment, People or Vehicle)
Scroll through the overview to the Tag section
Choose the Tag
Click Save
