Social Inclusions and Social Inclusion Groups

This guide explains how to manage social inclusions and how to set and track scheduling targets for projects

Traffio provides a set of pre-defined Social Inclusion categories that can be assigned to individuals as needed.

You can access the list of Social Inclusions by selecting "My Company" in the main menu and then clicking on "Social Inclusions" from the tabs.

Social Inclusion Groups

Social Inclusion Groups are collections of one or more Social Inclusions, used when setting scheduling targets for projects.

How To Create Social Inclusion Group

  1. Navigate to My Company on the sidebar

  2. Select the Social Inclusion Groups tab

  3. Click +New

  4. Select which Social inclusions you'd like to have in that group

  5. Click Create


Applying Social Inclusions to People

  1. Navigate to People on the sidebar

  2. Select the desired Employee

  3. Scroll to the Person Information section - there is a multi-select dropdown labelled Person Social Inclusions.

  4. Click on the dropdown and select which Social inclusions apply for this person

  5. Click Save

Note: Only users with the Person Social Inclusions Access Level permission can view and modify individuals' Social Inclusions. By default, this permission is enabled only for Managers.


Create a Social Inclusion Group Scheduling Target for a Project

Traffio allows you to set scheduling targets for Social Inclusions at the Project level.

In this section, you will select the required Social Inclusion Group for the project and set a target scheduling percentage. This percentage represents the portion of the project's total allocated staff who should have Social Inclusions that match this group.

  1. Navigate to Clients on the sidebar

  2. Choose the Projects tab

  3. Open the desired Project

  4. Select the Social Inclusion Targets tab

  5. Click +New

  6. Enter the details

  7. Click Create

Note: You can create more than one scheduling target if you have different percentage targets for certain groups.


Filtering/Scheduling People with Social Inclusions

When scheduling people to bookings that are part of a project with a Social Inclusions target, the scheduler can filter available resources by those who have matching Social Inclusions.

  1. Navigate to Bookings on the sidebar

  2. Open or create a Booking that is part of a Project with a Social Inclusions target

  3. Click the Resources tab

  4. Under the People tab, click the tile labelled Social Inclusions (Clicking this button will show or hide all available people for the booking with a matching Social Inclusion required for the project's scheduling target)

  5. Add desired employee to booking

For users with the Person Social Inclusions Access Level permission, clicking on the More Info toggle will also show which Social Inclusions the person has.


Report of the Progress of Project Social Inclusion Group Scheduling Targets

Traffio allows you track progress towards meeting your project Social Inclusion Group Scheduling Targets over time.

  1. Navigate to Reports on the sidebar

  2. Open the Project: Social Inclusion Scheduling Targets report

This report automatically runs once per day to calculate the latest available data.

You can filter by date range and other criteria, and it will show your project's current Social Inclusion Group Scheduling Targets, along with the percentage of progress to date.
