Social Inclusions and Social Inclusion Groups

This guide explains how to manage Social Inclusions in Traffio, as well as how to set and track scheduling targets for projects.

Social Inclusions

Traffio includes a list of pre-defined Social Inclusion tags which are designed to be attached to People as necessary.

The list of Social Inclusions can be found by clicking on My Company in the main menu, and then clicking on Social Inclusions from the row of top menu tabs.

Social Inclusion Groups

Social Inclusion Groups are a collection of one or more Social Inclusions which are utilised when creating scheduling targets for projects.

To create a Social Inclusion Group

  1. Click on My Company

  2. Select Social Inclusion Groups from the row of top menu tabs

  3. Click the New button.

  4. Select which Social inclusions you'd like to have in that group

  5. Create

Applying Social Inclusions to People

Note: Only users with the Person Social Inclusions Access Level permission are allowed to view and change People's Social Inclusions in Traffio. By default, only Managers have this Access Level permission enabled.

  1. Click on People from the main menu

  2. Click on the profile of the relevant person.

  3. scroll to the Person Information block there is a multi-select dropdown labeled Person Social Inclusions.

  4. Click on the dropdown and select which Social inclusions apply for this person.

  5. Save.

Create a Social Inclusion Group Scheduling Target for a Project

Note: Only users with the Person Social Inclusions Access Level permission are allowed to create Social Inclusion Group scheduling targets for projects.

Traffio allows you to set scheduling targets at a Project level for Social Inclusions.

Here you will choose which Social Inclusion Group is required for the Project and set a target scheduling percentage. This is the target percentage of the project's total allocated staff for people who have Social Inclusions which apply to this group.

  1. Click on Clients from the main menu, then

  2. Choose Projects from the row of top menu tabs.

  3. Open a Project,

  4. Select on the Social Inclusion Targets tab

  5. Click the New button.

Note: You can create more than one scheduling target if you have different percentage targets for certain groups.

Filtering/Scheduling People with Social Inclusions

When scheduling People to Bookings which are apart of a Project with a Social Inclusions target, the scheduler is able to filter People Resources by those with matching Social Inclusions.

  1. Click on Bookings from the main menu, then

  2. Open or create a Booking that is part of a Project with a Social Inclusions target.

  3. Click on the Resources tab

  4. Click on the booking tile to select it (it will be highlighted with a blue outline)

  5. Under the People tab, there is a toggle labeled Social Inclusions. Clicking this button will show/hide all available People for the booking who have a matching Social Inclusion which is required as part of the Project's scheduling target.

  6. Matching people will also be highlighted with a yellow background

  7. Apply employee to booking

  8. Save

For users with the Person Social Inclusions Access Level permission, clicking on the More Info toggle will also show which Social Inclusions the person has.

Report on the progress of Project Social Inclusion Group Scheduling Targets

Traffio allows you to monitor the progress over time for how you're meeting your Project's Social Inclusion Group Scheduling Targets.

  1. Click on Reports from the main menu

  2. Open the Project: Social Inclusion Scheduling Targets report

This report automatically runs once per day to calculate the latest available data.

You may filter the report by date range and more, and the list will be populated with your Project's current Social Inclusion Group Scheduling Targets and importantly the Scheduling Current % with how you're tracking to-date.
