Getting Started
Kits and Assets allow you to track individual items and manage their allocation and reallocation throughout your operations. By using these features, you can monitor the status and location of each item, ensuring that assets are properly assigned, utilised, and redistributed as needed.
Kit
A kit refers to branded uniforms or personal protective equipment (PPE) that your company provides to employees, either as a one-time supply or on a recurring basis. When creating a kit, you can assign it a default value and categorise it for easier tracking and management.
How to create a piece of Kit
Select Kit/Assets on the sidebar
Navigate to the Kit tab
Click +New
Fill in Kit information, value & Kit category

Monitor Kit Allocation
Kit allocation can be monitored in the 'Kit Allocation' tab at the top of the page and filtered by person, depot and item.
How to allocate kit
Select Kit/Assets on the sidebar
Navigate to the Kit Allocation tab
Click Allocate Kit for bulk allocation or +New for a singular item allocation
Select the employee from the drop-down
Fill in allocation details

How to return kit
Navigate to Kit/Assets on the side bar
Select the Kit Allocation tab
Click +New
Fill in the kit details and toggle on the Returning Items toggle

Assets
Assets are individual pieces of equipment or tools that are assigned to your staff for their work, typically smaller and more portable. These can include items such as laptops, mobile phones, two-way radios, or other specialised devices essential for daily operations.
How to create Assets
Select Kit/Assets on the side bar
Choose the Assets tab
Click + New
Fill in Asset details
Filling in an expiry date will allow the system to notify you when it will expire soon.
