Getting Started
Resources refer to the goods essential for your business to perform its operations. These resources, once created, can be utilised in various ways to streamline your processes. They can be incorporated into rate schedules for invoicing purposes, set as booking requirements to ensure necessary items are available, or assigned as person classifications to define roles and responsibilities. By managing your resources effectively, you can optimise your operations, ensure accurate billing, and maintain smooth workflows across your business functions.
Types of resources
Depending on how you use your resources, there are different types of resources types.
Note: Vehicles, Persons, and Equipment required an allocation when used on the booking board.

Item Classification
Item classifications enable you to organise multiple resources into a cohesive group, providing a structured way to manage how resources are booked or invoiced. These classifications instruct the system on how to handle specific groupings of resources during the booking process. For example, you can create a group that includes both a Ute and a Traffic Controller (TC). When this item classification is selected during booking, the system will automatically ensure that both the Ute and the TC are added to the booking, streamlining scheduling and ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated together.
