Getting Started

Fatigue policies are used to ensure that workers are getting sufficient rest between shifts to reduce fatigue and the risk of incidents caused by fatigue on job sites. Fatigue is more than feeling tired and drowsy. In a work context, fatigue is mental and/or physical exhaustion that reduces your ability to perform your work safely and effectively.

Create/Manage your businesses Fatigue policy

  1. Navigate to My Company

  2. Select Fatigue Policies on the top tab bar

  3. Select + New to create a new policy or select the pre-built Default policy to edit

  4. Toggle on the rules that apply and fill in the specifics of that rule

  5. Select Create or Save

If a person is fatigued according to the rules set, a red warning strip, labeled 'Fatigued', will appear on the booking board for that person. If you hover over the fatigued label it will explain why that worker is fatigued. You can also filter people available for a booking according to their fatigue.
