After field workers have finished their shifts they're able to submit their times in the app in the form of a docket. These dockets are sent into the office and the hours submitted flow through to invoicing and payroll.

Getting Started

The docket view and who fills out the daily dockets can be personalised to an extent to factor in a company's requirements and way of working. These docket configurations can be found in Admin >Traffio Configs. To access and change these configs you will need an access level of Manager or Administrator.

How Dockets are submitted via the app

  1. In the Job overview, select the Forms tab

  2. Click + New Docket

  3. Enter the start, break and end times of the shift worked. Click Next Step

  4. Review hours entered in the docket. Next Step

  5. Add and Additional details: Docket number or Notes. Click Next Step

  6. Review the job details and sign the docket. This is when the client contact will also sign off on the hours of the docket. If there was no client on-site, they're able to toggle on "no Client signature" and give a reason why they were unable to get it.

  7. Submit to Office
