The Procurement feature allows Clients to create and send bookings to their suppliers directly through Traffio to be fulfilled. When bookings are sent and accepted, clients can see the status and details of the bookings in real time. It also allows for back-and-forth communication between clients and suppliers to help remove the need for double handling and the potential for missed communication and human error.

Client Bookings

Client bookings are bookings that are sent from your Clients to be fulfilled. When a Client booking is sent it will populate in the Client Bookings tab within the Bookings section. From here suppliers are able to accept or decline the booking. Once accepted, the Booking is created like an ordinary booking and then treated as usual.

Supplier Bookings

Supplier Bookings are bookings created by your company and then sent to your supplier to fulfil. Bookings are created as normal. Learn how here. Once created, they are set to a supplier and then sent to that supplier to accept or reject. You'll get a real-time view of that supplier resourcing and fulfilling that booking. Any changes that you need to make to this booking will be sent to the supplier to accept and update the booking and be listed in the bookings changelog.
