Traffio Direct enables clients to create and send bookings directly to their suppliers for fulfilment.
Once bookings are sent and accepted, clients can track the status and details in real time. The platform also facilitates seamless communication between clients and suppliers, reducing the need for double handling and minimising the risk of missed communication and human error.
Booking Requests
These are booking requests initiated by another department within the company. Instead of directly creating the booking, the department submits a request for it to be made. Once the request is received, it is processed by the relevant team to create and fulfil the booking according to the specified requirements.
Principal Contractor Bookings
Principal Contractor Bookings are those sent by your clients for fulfilment. When a client booking is submitted, it will appear in the client bookings tab under the bookings section.
Suppliers can then choose to accept or decline the booking. Once accepted, the booking is created like any other and is handled accordingly.
Supplier Bookings
These are bookings created by your company and sent to your supplier for fulfilment. Booking are created as usual. Once created, they are assigned to a supplier and sent for acceptance or rejection. You’ll have a real-time view of the supplier’s resourcing and progress in fulfilling the booking. Any changes made to the booking will be sent to the supplier for approval, updated accordingly, and recorded in the bookings changelog.
