Setting up Verizon Connect Fleet

This guide explains the features of the Verizon Connect Fleet (formerly Telogis) integration and how to set it up.

This integration links Verizon Connect Fleet's vehicle GPS tracking with Traffio’s booking and scheduling software, giving you complete visibility into your fleet’s operations.

The integration tracks which drivers are assigned to each vehicle, using Traffio data as the main source.

Verizon have several products which require slightly different implementations to integrate. This guide is for the Verizon Connect Fleet (formerly Telogis) system.

Getting Started

Contact Verizon to set up a Verizon Connect Fleet account and request integration with Traffio. Once your account is activated, Verizon will provide you with your Traffio login credentials, which you can then use within Traffio.


Setting up the Integration

Only Managers and Administrators can enable this integration

  1. Navigate to Integrations on the sidebar

  2. Click the green + New button

  3. Search for Verizon Connect Fleet integration

  4. Give the integration a name and optional description

  5. Save

Configure Credentials and Options

Press the blue Verizon Connect Fleet (Telogis) Options button to open the configuration options for this integration. Here you can supply the credentials for your Verizon Connect Fleet instance, and configure some behaviours Traffio will use when syncing between the systems.
