There are various configurations you can change to build a system that suits your business requirements. These configurations impact your new booking creations.

Bookings require site contact.

If yes, then a booking will not be saved until at least one site contact has been supplied.

Options: Yes, no

The booking person goes straight to the site (STS) by default

If yes, every person added to a booking will default to Straight to Site (STS). A STS person will be given the booking start time as a meeting time and be told to meet on site.

If not, they will be given the depot meeting time and told to meet at the depot first.

Options: yes, no (default)

Default job length

Specifies the default job length. So if 8 is selected, then the approximate end time will be put 8 hours after the start time.

Options: 0 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours

Specify default depot meeting time

If yes, then a depot meeting time will be automatically calculated, and a booking may not be saved unless a depot meeting time is specified. Depot meeting times are used if the individual is being sent to the depot first, rather than straight to the site.

If no, then no depot time is calculated, and a depot meeting time does not have to be declared.

Options: yes (default), no

Configurable depot meeting time offset value

When you set the booking start time, it automatically sets the depot and site meeting times as well.

The configurable depot meeting time offset determines how much earlier the automatic depot time will be.
