Before configuring the method of contacting your site contacts, you must first add your client contacts into the system.
How To Set Up Site Contact Communication
Booking links can be sent to site contacts via SMS and/or email. You can set up rules to automatically apply booking links to new clients and sit contacts. The message settings for site contacts (company-wide) can be configured within the brand settings:
Navigate to My Company on the sidebar
Select the Branding tab
Select the desired Branding
Scroll down to Site Contact Messaging
Choose the desired Contact Method from the dropdown
Select the Booking Status at which the link should be sent
Click Save
If SMS is selected as the communication method for client booking links and no email address is provided in the client contact profile, the system will automatically default to SMS.
Setting Site Contact Communication Through Client Profile
You can configure email notifications for your site contacts to receive booking links and job dockets.
Navigate to Client on the sidebar
Select the desired Client Profile
Scroll down to Site Contact Messaging
Toggle on the following options (as desired)
Send a booking link to the site contacts
Send a job docket to the site contacts
Click Save

Select the Client Contacts tab
Select the desired Contact
Scroll to Email Notifications
Toggle the following (as desired)
Send a booking link to the site contacts
Send a job docket to the site contacts
Click Save
