In a person's profile, you can select the preferred contact method. This preferred contact method is used when:
Sending the initial password and username for Traffio
Every password reset
To send job requests and information if the user does not have the Traffio app
As a backup method, when the job requests fail to connect with the Traffio app
To set an employee contact method
Go to people
Open up the employee profile
Scroll down to contact details
Choose the contact method in the preferred contact method dropdown
Note: If SMS is selected and used, an SMS fee will occur.
