While creating a booking, it goes through a number of stages. These stages are colour coded to easily identify the progress the booking has made before it reaches its final stage of being finalised.

Getting Started

Before understanding the booking flow, make sure you understand how to Create a Booking

Unconfirmed: If the first stage and the draft version of the booking. At this stage, you can delete or add things without any notifications being sent out to people. This stage is designed to plan bookings for which you may not have confirmation from your clients.

Confirmed: The booking has been confirmed by your client, and the job is going ahead. At this stage, a job confirmation is sent to your client contact, as well as a hyperlink that allows clients to view all details of that booking from then until the end of the booking.

Including viewing dockets and form submissions. (Go to Setting up site contact communication method in My Company > Branding.)

You're still able to edit resources and details without any notifications being sent to employees.

Locked: Resources that you've allocated to the booking are locked, and messages are sent out to People to accept or decline job requests. At the Locked status stage, the booking has become live, and any changes are communicated to App users.

Conflict: An employee has declined a job request. The office staff will need to remove that employee and add a different resource to the booking. A new request will be sent out to that and you need to add a different resource to the booking

Green to Go (GTG): All people and resources have been confirmed via the job request. The job is good to go ahead.

Completed: 24 hours since the job's start time have elapsed. At this stage, Job dockets haven't been signed off or submitted for acceptance by the office.

Finalised: Booking has been completed, and the job dockets have been signed off by office staff.

Canceled: The booking was canceled outside of the late cancellation window. There will be no charges incurred by the client.

Late Cancellation: The booking was canceled within the late cancellation window. A late cancellation fee will be charged to the client.
