This article goes over how to set a limit on how long ahead of time someone can send in a leave request.

Within the config section in your traffio portal, you're able to limit how last minute your staff is able to put in their leave requests. This config aims to combat employees putting in new requests when you've already scheduled them ahead of time. This also allows you to have a better idea of available staff to take on new jobs.

Getting Started

To be able to enable this configuration, you first need to have an access level of Manager or Administrator.

How to enable A "Disallow leave requests for x days into the future" config

  1. Navigate to Admin

  2. Select Traffio Config from the top toolbar

  3. Type Leave into the search bar

  4. Select Disallow leave requests for x days into the future

  5. Select from drop-down options. (As of the first release there are the options 1 & 14 days, if you require a different option please contact the Traffio Team)

  6. Save
