The Traffic Management Request section is a simplistic interface designed for Delivery Engineers to input potential Worksite Traffic Management Plan scope of works.
These Traffic Management Requests will include Disciplines, Work location, Traffic Management Types needed, Work Scope, description and shift type.
Creating a Works Request
Navigate to Traffic Management on the side tab bar
Select the Traffic Management Requests tab on the top tab bar
Click +New
Select the Client
Select a Project from the drop-down
Pick the discipline(s)
Choose what Traffic Management Types will be needed to carry out the job
Fill in the work scope, description, start date, end date and shift type.
Click Create
Once created, Documents can be attached using the drop and drag box at the bottom of the Traffic Management Request.
