Skills Matrix: Filter Person List by Selected Skills

Description

The Skills Matrix is a list of customer’s employees that contains information including employee names, employment status, depot, and attained skills. The ability to filter the list of people down to any employees who possess the selected skills in the filter bar has now been added.


Usage

  • From the Main Menu, choose Reports.

  • From the Table-View menu, choose Skills Matrix.

  • By default, a list of all employees that have not been deleted and have any of the Employment Statuses shown in the image below will be displayed.

  • If you wish to filter the list of people down to those people who have attained all skills that have been selected in the filter bar, simply choose the Skills to filter people by, then click the Show people with any selected skills button to activate the person-skill filter. Click the Filter button once all desired filters have been set.

    • In this example, the attenuator driver induction and bcccm 2013c skills are chosen to filter people on.

    • The resulting list of people is as shown below:

A filtered list of people who possess all of the selected skills.


Additional Information

  • Multiple skills can be chosen, and the filter will reduce the person list to people who have at one point attained all of the selected skills.

  • To clear the filter and revert to showing all people, click the filter element in the filter bar again and click the Filter button to set the filter as desired.

  • The list of people can also be filtered to people who have at one point attained at least one of the selected skill(s). To use this filter, click the same filter button until it changes to Show people with any selected skills.

  • The process for exporting the list has not changed, to export the list, simply click the Export button.
