Allow uploads from Documents tab in the app
When enabled, users can upload new documents directly from the Documents tab within a booking. When disabled, users can view existing documents but cannot add new ones.

Disallow leave requests for X days into the future
Leave requests must be submitted at least the specified number of days in advance. If a request falls within this notice period, users will be instructed to contact the office instead.

Enable push notifications
When enabled, users can receive push notifications from the mobile app for supported events and updates. When disabled, push notifications will not be sent.
Show vehicle "Friendly name" on dockets
When enabled, dockets will display the vehicle's Friendly Name alongside its Registration Number.

Travel time field inside of mobile app dockets
When enabled, users can view and enter Travel Time when completing dockets in the mobile app. When disabled, the Travel Time field will be hidden.

Unable to submit leave if conflicting bookings/tasks
When enabled, workers cannot submit a leave request if they have any bookings or tasks within the selected date range that have not already been declined. This helps prevent leave requests from overlapping with pending or accepted work commitments.
Worker can submit leave requests
When enabled, workers can create and submit leave requests directly from the app. When disabled, leave requests must be managed through other available processes.
Worker phone number visibility in mobile app
This setting determines whether worker phone numbers are visible when enabled by other app features or configurations. To prevent phone numbers from being displayed under any circumstances, set this option to Invisible.
Worker phone number visibility to clients
In most cases, this will display the Team Leader's phone number. Visibility may also be affected by other settings and configurations. To prevent phone numbers from being displayed to clients under any circumstances, set this option to Invisible.
