Booking links can be sent to the site contact by SMS and/or email. The message setting for site contacts can be configured only in the brand settings

Choose the contact method that is used when contacting site contacts

Choose at what booking status the booking confirmation is set

1. Go to My Company 
2. Select Branding
3. Open up the chosen branding
4. Select the site contact message rules 
5. Choose the contact method that is used when contacting site contacts
6. Choose at what booking status the booking confirmation is set

If SMS is selected as an option for client booking link communication and if an email address is not specified in the <a href="https://help.traffio.com.au/en/articles/5801463-client-contacts">client contacts profile</a> the system automatically falls back to SMS.
