EBA DETAILS

EBA name

The name of the EBA. This field does not limit your characters as the abbreviation does.

EBA abbreviation

This abbreviation is used in the pay runs for a quick reference that doesn't take up too much space. The characters are limited to 8.

EBA description

Not required. Only used as a reference.

It's useful to provide an explanation of the purpose of the different EBA's you may have.

EBA type

Traditional Award

Our most flexible EBA type. It has the most shift types and settings to choose from, so if you have a complex payroll structure this may be the best option for your company.

Modern Award

The Modern Award is similar to the Traditional Award but a bit more streamlined with less settings.

Flat Rate

Our most simple EBA type. If you have a simple payroll structure where people are paid the same rate for the whole shift, then this EBA type might suit you best.

This table allows you to customise the column name and show/hide columns in the 'Pay Run' and 'Earnings Rates' tabs.

Items with * will show additional settings in the 'Configurations for Allowances' section.

You are able to set items marked with an asterisk * as 'not used'. All other items that are toggled off, will have the column hidden from the Pay Run and Earnings Rate but will still be used.
